			2008-09 rates effective 10/01/2008 Mobile Homes Standard (60’ x 90’) Lots $200.00 Corner, Larger, and Lake View Lots $238.00 Phase III Lots $270.00 Each home has lap siding, shingle roofs, screen rooms, brick skirting and steps, carports with an attached shed, driveways, and fully sodded lots with sprinkler systems. Included in your lot rent is garbage collection two times a week (Tuesday and Fridays), sewer and use of all recreational facilities. Each lot is individually metered for city water and electric.
